These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of QRBoxAI (the "Service") by registered users. By creating an account, you accept these Terms.

2. Description of Service

QRBoxAI allows you to manage boxes and storage locations using QR codes, and to automatically recognize and tag items using artificial intelligence.

3. Registration and Account

Using the Service requires a user account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential.

4. Usage Rights and Obligations

You are granted a simple, non-transferable right to use the Service within the scope of your chosen plan. Misuse, in particular uploading unlawful content, is prohibited.

5. AI Features and Data

Uploaded photos are transmitted to third-party AI services for image recognition and tagging. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Pricing and Payment

Current prices for paid plans are available on the pricing page. Payments are processed via the payment provider Stripe.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for data loss or malfunction.

8. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms with effect for the future. You will be notified of material changes.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered seat.
